Hustings Court.

--A fine of ten dollars and costs was yesterday imposed, upon Cosby & Anderson, for permitting their slave Albert to go at large, and hire himself contrary to law.

John N. Eubank, charged with stabbing John George Aniker, was called, but came not; whereupon a nolle prosequi was entered by the Attorney for the Commonwealth.

A Cassatti, charged with stealing a gold chain from Stefano Livero, was arraigned, and the Court. having heard the evidence, ordered his discharge.

James A. McCann was tried for exhibiting a gaming table, commonly called faro bank, and the jury returned a verdict of not guilty; whereupon he was discharged from custody.

William Watkins and Tazewell Corr, who have been sent on the be tried for felony, were allowed to give bail in the sum of $300 each.
