C. S. District Court.

--The important case of the Confederate States vs. Elkers, which has been pending in the District Court for two or three days past, and was argued by Mr. Aylett, for the Government, and by Messrs. Myers and Morson, for the defendants, was concluded yesterday. It is a case, as we have stated heretofore, involving all the questions relative to domicil and citizenship, which are likely to arise under the act of sequestration. The argument was very full and elaborate on both sides, and the judge will render his decision hereafter.
