--Capt. W. H Crisp, the veteran theatrical manager of the South, arrived in this city yesterday evening from Manassas.--Shortly after the breaking out of the war he forsook the mimic representations of the stage, and for seven months past has been in active service as commander of the Dixie Artillery.
He comes to Richmond on official business.
