A Yankee Canard

--A letter from Havana, received in New York, mentions a rumor that the steamer Vanderbilt, which arrived there from New Orleans, had on board Messers. Hunter, of Virginia, and Souls, of Louisiana, as Confederate Ministers to Europe, and adds that they would embark the next day (5th inst.) on the British mail steamer Clyde, for England. The story needs confirmation.
