Committed to Jail as a runaway.

--Was committed to the Jail of the Corporation of the City of Norfolk, on the 12th day of September, 1861, negro man Albert Brown. The said negro man is five feet six and a half inches high, and weighs about 140 pounds, has a scar on the right arm, about six inches long, dark complexion, and about twenty five years old. Had on when committed grey clothing, and says he belongs to James Fisher.
