Late news from the Burnside Expedition.

Wilmington Jan. 21.
--Noon.--A special express reached Goldsboro' last night with intelligence that there were at Hatteras, at 4 o'clock P. M., on the 19th inst., 125 sail of the enemy. One hundred were inside and twenty-five large steamers were outside of the bar.

Private information says the enemy intend to attack Newbern, Hyde county, and Roanoke Island simultaneously.

Confidence is expressed in the ability of our forces to maintain their position.

Wilmington Jan. 21.
--A dispatch from Goldsboro' at 4 o'clock, P. M., says that a large crowd of women and children arrived from Newbern by the train this afternoon. There is no other news, but the general impression is that a fight may be expected at an early day.
