Confederate flag.

A design of a Confederate Flag, by a member of the Virginia Senate, which has been much admired by artists, is placed in the Window [of the Dispatch counting room. It combines the republican colors of red, white and blue, having four oblong squares of red the corners, and a horizontal and perpendicular field of white through the centre, blue stars representing the States, on white field. The flag is so simple, that acquainted with needlework can of bunting without trouble.
