From Norfolk.

capture of a Yankee light-boat and all on Board.

[Special Dispatch to the Richmond Dispatch.]

Norfolk, January 24.
--A very severe storm has been prevailing here since yesterday, accompanied by high winds, beating rains, and raging sea.

This morning the light-boat anchored off Cape Henry by the Yankees, in the absence of the Cape Henry light broke her moorings and went ashore on Pleasure House beach. We captured her and also seven men, seven muskets, and three hundred gallons of oil, provisions, &c.

Nothing has been heard here from the Burnside expedition. Bohemian.
