The Yankee Government has ordered large quantities of combs, brushes, soap, &c. to be sent to the Union prisoners in the South. The clothing heretofore ordered South for the prisoners is yet at Fortress Monroe.

Captain S. W. Mangham has been elected Colonel of the First Georgia Regulars, in list of Colonel John E. Jack son, deceased.
