will be paid for the apprehension and delivery in Mr. Grady's jail of a negro man named Joe. It is supposed that he is attending in some of the military camps near this city, and at night in Screamersville.
He is small of stature; black whiskers; usually wears a blue overcoat and black beaver or silk hat.
