Religious reading for the soldiers.

Richmond, Va., Feb. 18, 1862.
Permit me to state that I am now making an effort to secure funds from the citizens of Richmond with which to publish tract and Testaments for our soldiers. A good beginning has been made, and, as we are trying to place a Testament and a tract in the hands of every soldier in the Confederacy, I hope that all who can will share with us the injury
