Captured letters.

The Yankees, in their vulgar merriment over private letters which they captured at Fort Henry, seem to forget the contents of the Northern letter bags at Manassas. What ever may be said of the Southern letters, it cannot be asserted that they are amenable to any charge of indecency or immorality, like the horrible things which were brought to the surface by the battle of Manassas, and which may yes see daylight.
