Additional arrests.

--Mr. Charles Kraus, one of the city night watch, was arrested yesterday evening, and locked up in ‘"Castle Godwin."’ The cause of his arrest was his declaring himself a Union man. He is reported to have said that he had a knife with which he fought in the Florida war, and that he would die by it, on his own floor, before he would go against the Union.

Augustus O. Brummell was arrested on suspicion. He formerly belonged to Captain Kirby's company, joined the Wise Legion, and was captured by the Yankees. After-wards he was released on parole to seek an exchange. After his term had expired he vent to Norfolk, and then returned to this city, stating that Gen. Wool had granted him an extension of parole. He was also incarcerated.
