The Confederate States District Court.

--We are authorized to state that the proclamation of martial law in this city was not designed to interfere with the proceedings in the criminal and sequestration cases in the Confederate States District Court. The trial of E. F. Husted, for an alleged attempt to bribe the Commissioner of Patents, is set for tomorrow.
