To be tried by Court-martial.

--All of the persons who have been taken up by the Provost Marshal for selling liquor contrary to the proclamation declaring the existence of martial law, were released on parole on Saturday, to appear before the military authorities to-day and abide their judgment in the premises. Some half dozen persons have had the temerity knowingly to violate the injunction contained in the proclamation.
