--In accordance with orders, the 19th and 179th Regiments Virginia Militia paraded yesterday at noon, and after their respective lines were formed, marched up Broad street to the new Fair Grounds.
On the way they were halted for three hours, when it was ascertained that no provision had been made for their subsistence or accommodation.
This fact induced the Colonels
to let the men off with orders to appear again to-day, in hopes of a better state of affairs.
The men appeared resigned under the infliction, but it is doubtful whether some who responded to the call yesterday will not come up missing to-day.
About 600 men turned out in the 19th and 200 in the 179th Regiments.
