Voting on the New Constitution.
--The vote given yesterday, at the several precincts in this city, on the adoption of the new Constitution, was, as was to be expected in the present condition of affairs, very small.
Very few, if any, votes were cast against its adoption.
It will be adopted, as a matter of course; but it is desirable to have the vote as full as can be given under present circumstances.
All who have not yet availed themselves of the opportunity to vote can do so to-day.
The polis will be opened at 9 o'clock this morning.
