Wanted--
Recruits,

For a crack regiment — the 4th Alabama, and Law's Legion.

The undersigned, having been appointed recruiting officer for the 4th Alabama Regiment, has opened an office in this city, at 109 Main street,(up stairs,) three doors above 14th, over Mr. W. S. Tupman's Furnishing Store.

This is an opporntunity rarely offered for men desirous to enrol themselves under the basnner of their country, in a regiment which has already won for itself a name for gallantry unsurpassed in history.

The $50 bounty nallowed by Government will be paid upon enrollment in cash.

Clothing, rations, &c, furnished free.

I have given Lewis Warrington and John R. Plater authority to act as recruiting officers with me.
