The Capital square.

--Laborers from the Penitentiary are now engaged, as usual every spring, in turning ‘"topsy turvy"’ some of the walks of the Capitol Square. The projected improvements are being carried on between the statues of Henry Clay and George Washington, and it is hoped will result in conferring additional beauty on this popular resort.
