Tuesday, March 25, 1862.

The Senate met at 12 o'clock. Prayer by Rev. Dr. M. D. Hoge, of the Presbyterian Church.

Committees were called on for reports, but none being presented.

On motion of Mr. Johnston, of Arkansas, the Senate went into secret legislative session.
