Commissioner's office,To Martha H. Billups, adm's of Christ. S Billups Plaintiff, Against In Chancery Walter G. Lane, John H. Dunlavy, Sheriff of Mathews county, and Robert Billups, Defendants, In Chancery "And to all the creditors of Christopher Billups, deceased. In Chancery You are hereby notified, that I have fixed on the 22d day of April next, (if fair; if not, on the next fair day thereafter, Sunday excepted,) to take and settle, at my office, the account of the partnership transactions of Robert Billups and Christopher S. Billups, dec'd; an account of the transactions of the plaintiff, Marths H. Billups, as administratriz of said Christopher S Billups, dec'd, an account of all the estate of the said decedent which came to the hands of said administratriz, or to the hands of any person for her use, and an account of the debts due to all persons from he estate of the said Christopher S. Billups, dec'd, required to be taken by the decree of Mathews County Circuit Court, recorded on the — day of October, 1861, in a suit in chancery depending in said Court, in which the above-named parties are plaintiffs and defendants; at which time and place you are required to attend with all books papers and venchers in your possession, or under your control, touching the matters of said accounts.
