--The parties who form this class of militia are those from 16 to 18, and from 45 to 55 years of age. Up to Saturday, all but one company had met and enrolled themselves, and elected officers. For want of a quorum, on Saturday, the members of the remaining company adjourned over until to-day, when all persons between 45 and 55, living South of Broad and West of 7th street to one mile beyond the corporation, will meet at Bosher's Hall, at 4 o'clock, and elect company officers. The election thus made will complete the regiment.
