--A number of citizens owning carts, drays, wagons, carriages, and others vehicles employed for pay on the streets, were hauled up before the Mayor on Saturday, for falling to renew their licenses.
A number of fines were imposed, also admonitions when the delinquent parties were advised to go and sin no more.
