Caged for the War.

--A drunken Englishman, by the name of Robert Hoggins, was sent to jail by the Mayor yesterday, upon the charge of disloyalty. This fellow has frequently been before the Mayor for drunkenness; and from papers that have been found upon his person, such as letters, plans of our fortifications, and the strength of our army at different points, justify the fact that he is not only disloyal, but a spy.
