--Florida has ten thousand men in the field, in the service of the Confederate States, without a draft and without a conscription, out of a voting population of twelve thousand two hundred and fifty, which was the total number of votes cast in the last gubernatorial election. What a glorious commentary is this on the spirit and character of our people, and what an augury for the future of our cause.
