--Wm. H. Perkins, a sickly looking Abolition Lieutenant, belonging to the 38th regiment N. Y. S. M., captured on the battle field last Sunday week, was, by order of the Secretary of War, sent through our lines on Saturday last to the camp of the enemy, the object, we believe. being to exchange him for one of our officers of equal rank.
