The Northern journals are delighted with the new insurrectionary movement of Garibaldi, and express the opinion that he will give Louis Napoleon enough to do in Europe, without interfering with affairs on this continent. Rebellion finds ardent sympathizers among the Yankees everywhere except in America. We are not aware that the Italian revolutionist has any peculiar claims on Southern hearts. He and his are the only people in Europe who have expressed sympathy with the North in its war upon our liberties.
