Bull Nelson Whipped...three thousand prisoners taken.


Chattanooga, Sept. 3.
--The following dispatch from Gen. Kirby Smith, dated Richmond, Ky., has just been communicated:

‘"We had three fights on the 30th, near this place. The enemy was completely routed. Gen. Nelson was wounded in the thigh. Gen. Miller was killed. Three thousand prisoners were captured, including Gen. Manson and staff, together with all their artillery, small arms, wagons, &c. Our loss is small."’
