--The Wilmington (N. C.)Journal, of Monday, says: ‘
"Seven new cases of yellow fever have been reported since our last.
The fever must be very mangnant in its character, for we hear of no recoveries.
One of the recent cases is a colored woman, first we have yet heard of." ’
