From the army.

Singular to say, since our last issue we have not heard one word respecting our army in the Valley. During yesterday and Saturday there was an absence of even rumors, which of late have been so abundant. Our latest accounts from Winchester state that movements there were active, and heavy trains of supplies were being sent forward to our forces. Recruits were still arriving at that point, and being hurried on to Gen. Lee.
