Rev. Judson D. Benedict.

--This clergyman, who was arrested in Western New York on the charge of preaching a disloyal sermon, and who was subsequently discharged by Judge Hall, but arrested again and taken to Washington, was discharged in that city on the 2d inst., upon taking the oath of allegiance.--N. Y. Times.
