--October 9, 1862, a negro man, named Washington.
Says he belongs to Wm. Greentree, of Rockbridge county, Va. Said negro is of a black complexion, about twenty-one years old, five feet five inches high, and has lost two of his front teeth.
The owner will come forward, prove property, pay expenses, and take him away.
