The Yankees not in force at Suffolk.

The Raleigh Register is informed by a gentleman street from Smithfield, Isle of Wight county, Va, that the Yankees have left Suffolk, and that it is supposed they have moved down to North Carolina, Weldon and Wilmington are the real points of danger. The force of Suffolk, he says, at no time numbered more than fifteen thousand.
