--The city police arrested yesterday F. A. Fisher, for stealing a gold watch and chain, three pair of pantaloons, one coat, and one cup, of the value of $320, the property of Joseph F. Radford; and Sarah Edmondson, a free negress, for stealing one mourning dress, valued at $25, the property of James K. Caskie.
The parties were locked up for examination this morning.
