From the Valley.

We have already noticed the evacuation of Winchester by our forces, and its subsequent occupation by the enemy. Coupled with this, there was report in circulation on Saturday and yesterday that the ‘"Maryland Line,"’ stationed at Winchester, under command of Gen. George H. Stuart, had been captured at the time of the occupation. This report we are satisfied is without foundation, as it a barely possible, and not at all probable, that much a capture could have occurred without official knowledge of the fact reaching us ere this. Besides, we have Baltimore dates to the 4th, which make no mention even of the capture of Winchester, which is reported to have occurred on the 3d.
