, on Tuesday, the 16th day of December next, 1862. about sixty slaves, consisting of men, women, boys and girls, likely and valuable, lately belonging to the estate of John J. London
, of Soldiers'jey.
Terms--The purchasers will be required to deposit in the Citizens' Savings Bank of Lynchburg

, guardian, &c., against M. W. Echols
, &c.,"’ in Nelson
Circuit Court, the amount of their several purchases, and deliver the certificates of deposit to the Commissioners
