The Libby prison.

--There were in this prison yesterday morning thirteen hundred and fifty Yankee prisoners. One hundred and twenty (wounded) were received December 18, one hundred and nine on the 19th, and on the 20th thirty-eight, including one negro. The wounded that can bear removal, and enough of the well ones to make up 450, will be sent off by flag of truce directly a boat is announced at City Point. All the Yankees here have been paroled ready for a Northern journey as soon as transportation can be had.
