Federal force in East Tennessee.

--A deserter from one of the renegade Tennessee regiments informs the Knoxville Register that there is great dissatisfaction among the Tennessean in the Federal service. A large number are kept under guard from the apprehension that they will desert. The same authority says that since the formation of the Tennessee regiments near 1,000 have deserted.
