Commissioner's Sale of Negro Woman — Under a decree of the Hustings Court of the city of Richmond, in the soil of Brooks and others as Than and wife, and others, I will sell on Wednesday, 28th of January, 1863, at 10 o'clk, at the auction house of Hill, Dickinson & Co., a negro woman named Sarah, for cash.
