Twenty-five Dollars Reward will be paid for the capture and delivery to me of, a negro boy named Oscar, who absconded on the 20th January, 1863, from my house, near Richmond, Oscar is about years old; of dark mulatto color; stoutly framed, and has a very full and bushy head of hair. He is specially marked by having lost the end of one middle finger; that of the left hand, I believe, but am not absolutely certain which. He will probably attempt to get to the lines of the Yankee army, near Fredericksburg. The attention of our army pickets is particularly invited to this notice
