1st Regiment Virginia Volunteers.

--Efforts are now being made to have the Richmond Grays, Company F, and Light Infantry Blues attached to the 1st Regiment Virginia Volunteers, of which they formed a part at the commencement of the present war. They were all regarded as first elate companies. The 14th Regiment, which has gained an enviable regulation for its deeds of daring, in new worthily commanded by Col. Williams, an old U. S. army officer, and Lieut. Col. Frank Skinner, both of whom have the confidence of the army as officers and gentleman.
