We understand that a company of Confederate cavalry made a gallant dash into the city of Williamsburg recently.
As a result of this daring raid they brought off as prisoners some seven or eight Yankee soldiers, besides killing one or two others in the town.
We also learn that a good lot of Federal "green-backs" was captured at the same time.
