Sentences of Court-Martial.

--The following sentences have been passed recently by the Court Martial now in session here, viz: William Reynolds, company G. 5th Va regiment; charge, desertion; finding, guilty, sentenced to receive 50 lashes upon his bare back to perform hard labor with ball and chain during the war, and forfeit all pay during its continuance. Private M Morton, company A, 25th Virginia battalion; charge, violation of the 45th article of war, and disobedience of orders; finding, guilty; sentenced to two months extra police duty. Private John Adams, of the Letcher artillery; charge, desertion; finding, guilty; sentenced to be sent to his company, and there to perform six months labor with ball and chain and forfeit pay for the same time. Private W. M. Leatherwood, company B, Hampton's cavalry; charge forging an order and altering the same; sentenced to be remanded to his squadron, perform six month's extra police duty with ball and chain, and forfeit six months pay.
