House amendment to Senate bill authorizing the publication of the public laws and resolutions of Congress was concurred in.
In the House,
late on Friday night, the bill was passed amending the Sequestrations law. Mr. Conrad
moved to reconsider the vote by which the bill was passed which motion was considered and agreed to on Saturday morning, and the bill referred to the Judiciary Committee with instructions to strike out the 6th section.
