Reported capture of the city of Mexico by the French--arrest of Gov. Tod, of Ohio, etc.
Mobile, April 11.
--An officer from the British ship of war, off the bar, last night, reports the capture of the city of Mexico by the French.
A special to the Appeal, from Senatobia, says that Gov. Tod, of Ohio, was arrested and held to ball for causing the arrest of Dr. Olds last summer.
