--A worthy and industrious lady, named Mrs. Burke, had her right arm mashed at the Petersburg depot early on Friday morning, by getting it caught between a post and the cars while in motion.
Shortly after the occurrence it was amputated.
Mrs. Burke was attempting to pass from the coal-yard to the western platform when her shawl get caught by the passing train.
