From Snider's Bluff.

Jackson, May 2.
--A dispatch from Snider's Bluff states that the enemy maintained a steady fire, yesterday, on our works at Grave Yard Hill, temporarily disabling one gun.

Deserters is report that Sherman is in command on the flag-ship De Kelb. He has only ten regiments, averaging three thousand men. The present demonstration is a feint. No real attack is intended.

They also report two men were killed on the turreted gunboat Choctaw. Over forty shots struck the Choctaw.
