A Deserter at the Libby

--Charles Jacob, of company K, 59th regiment, was sent down to the Libby from Guinea Station yesterday. Some ten months ago he deserted and was sent to Sansbury, N. C, where he remained a prisoner until about a month ago, when he was released. After strolling about for some time he delivered himself up, and was sent down to the city as stated.
