--Several females are speculating largely on the public interest felt in our wounded soldiers, by representing themselves as collectors for their relief.
We have heard of several who have received contributions for certain hospitals, but who have failed to appropriate their collections, as promised.--Those parties may find themselves in trouble, if they continue to practice their fronds.
