The recognition Humbug.

--The London correspondent of the Philadelphia Inquirer, writing on the 5th inst., says:

‘ Another important Parliamentary notice has also been given this week. Mr. Roebuck, not content with his former escapades, has formally announced that he will, on the 30th inst., move for the recognition of the Confederate States. According to most of the papers, this announcement was received with 'loud cheers,' and the intimation that an amendment would be proposed in favor of non-recognition with decisive laughter.
